Bring us a drawing, a blueprint, a 3D model, or the broken part itself. We handle the machining in house and manage heat treat, plating and specialty processes through qualified partners so you deal with one supplier and one certificate package.

Milling

Multi-axis CNC milling

2D, 3D and simultaneous 5-axis work on DMG Mori and HAAS machining centres, with 4th-axis rotary for parts to 40 inches long.

Working envelope

Big enough for the part, tight enough for the tolerance

Our bridge mill takes parts up to nine feet ten inches long. At the other end of the shop, the DMG DMU series holds fine detail on complex geometry in a single setup, which removes the stack-up error you get from repeated refixturing.

Fewer setups means fewer opportunities for a part to go out of tolerance. That is the whole argument for 5-axis, and it is why we invested in three of them.

    Send the drawing

    Email a PDF, STEP or native model, or bring in the part itself. Quantity and material if you have them.

  2. 02

    We review manufacturability

    A machinist reviews the geometry, tolerances and finish, and flags anything that will drive cost before it drives a quote.

  3. 03

    You get a written price

    A written quote with price, lead time and any assumptions stated, so there is nothing to interpret later.

  4. 04

    We cut and inspect

    The part is machined, checked on the CMM, and shipped with dimensional reporting on request.
